Gbenoba (Benoba) Idah
Gbenoba (Benoba) is a member of the Texas-McCombs MBA Class of 2020. He is focusing on strategy and innovation and venture creation. In addition to serving on Recruiting for Venture Fellows, Gbenoba is the Co-VP of Male Engagement for the Graduate Women in Business, and a member of the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management.
Prior to McCombs, Gbenoba practiced law and assisted state and local entities with special use district and public agency related work, regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions commercial transactions, public finance, and litigation. Gbenoba represented regional companies and business professionals in corporate disputes, administrative actions and appeals, and health care facilities and medical professionals before administrative boards. Gbenoba received his B.S. in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University and his J.D. from University of New Mexico School of Law.
