Each year, a select group of VC and PE firms host a Venture Fellow for the full academic year. If your firm is interested in working with a motivated McCombs MBA, we'd love to connect.
WHY PARTNER WITH US
Fellows are full-time McCombs MBA students placed through a rigorous selection process. They arrive ready to contribute — supporting deal sourcing, market research, sector analysis, diligence, and portfolio company work.
Partnering with Venture Fellows also gives your firm ongoing visibility with McCombs and access to a network of 450+ alumni working across venture capital and private equity.
HOW IT WORKS
Fellows work with your firm across both the spring and fall semesters, contributing 12 to 18 hours per week. The internship is structured as a course requirement. Fellows are expected to maintain confidentiality on all firm matters, and the program's faculty director is available as a point of contact throughout the year.
Partner firms are asked to complete a brief performance evaluation at the end of each semester.
