Dani Kolkebeck

VP Program

Dani Kolkebeck is a member of the Texas McCombs MBA Class of 2027, concentrating in venture capital and corporate strategy. She serves as VP of Program for Venture Fellows, where she leads engagement with alumni and the broader tech and business community, supports curriculum development, and helps coordinate programming.

Prior to McCombs, Dani worked at Kaufman Hall, a boutique healthcare advisory firm, where she spent four years in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice. In this role, she advised health systems and strategic buyers on complex healthcare transactions, leading valuation analyses, managing diligence workstreams, and supporting negotiation strategy across high-impact deals. Her experience spans financial modeling, market and competitive analysis, and cross-functional execution in fast-paced transaction environments.

At McCombs, Dani is a Hildebrand Scholar, a member of the McCombs Ambassador Committee (MAC), a Peer Leadership Coach (PLC), and an active participant in the Consortium. She will be spending her summer interning with Next Ventures, where she is excited to deepen her exposure to early-stage investing and founder support.

Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Dani earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza School of Business. Outside of class, she enjoys exploring Austin’s food scene, CorePower yoga classes with her sister, and runs/walks on Ladybird Lake.
