Kelsey Swan

Director

Kelsey is a member of the Texas McCombs MBA Class of 2027. In addition to serving as Director of Venture Fellows, Kelsey is an active member of the MBA Tech Club, Wine Club, and Junior League of Austin.

Prior to McCombs, Kelsey spent eight years in roles across venture capital, startups, and management consulting, specializing in go-to-market strategy for B2B SaaS, data infrastructure, and healthcare technology. Most recently, she led consultative sales with enterprise clients at Datavant, a leading data infrastructure company. Before that, she spent two years as a Senior Consultant at West Monroe, supporting technology strategy and implementations for Fortune 500 insurance companies.

Earlier in her career, Kelsey worked at Plug and Play, an early-stage venture capital firm, managing corporate partnerships across insurance, health, and enterprise tech. She later joined PAI Health, an early-stage B2B wearables startup, where she led sales across insurance and healthcare verticals in North America, Asia, and Latin America.

Originally from Klamath Falls, Oregon, Kelsey earned her B.S. in Environmental Economics from UC Berkeley and lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for over a decade before moving to Austin. Outside of McCombs, she enjoys trail running, snowboarding, and exploring the lakes and rivers around Austin.
