Maggie Ashley

VP Recruitment

Maggie is a member of the Texas McCombs MBA Class of 2027, pursuing a career in Venture Capital. She serves as VP of Recruitment for Venture Fellows and an active member of the Graduate Entrepreneurship Society, Graduate Finance Association, and Graduate Women in Business.

Her professional background includes M&A advisory, investor relations, and operating roles across public and private technology companies. At DISCO (NYSE: LAW), she worked primarily in investor relations and vendor management, supporting executive leadership on earnings preparation and strategic initiatives. Previously, she advised founder-led software companies on growth and M&A strategy at Horizon Partners. She also worked at Vendr, a procurement-focused SaaS startup.

Maggie graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, where she was a NCAA Division I Varsity Lacrosse athlete. Outside of McCombs, she coaches lacrosse in Austin and is an avid runner.
