Nathalia Machado

VP Program

Nathalia is a member of the Texas McCombs MBA Class of 2027, concentrating in Private Equity and Venture Capital. She is also a member of Graduate Women in Business and the Graduate Marketing Network.

Prior to McCombs, Nathalia worked as a Corporate and M&A Associate at Cescon Barrieu, one of Brazil’s top tier law firms. In this role, she advised on complex M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions totaling over $1B in deal value.

Originally from Brazil, Nathalia holds a law degree (J.D. equivalent) from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, where she graduated cum laude.
