Will is a member of the McCombs MBA Class of 2027, concentrating in general management and data analytics. Will is serving as VP of Placement for Venture Fellows.

Prior to McCombs, Will spent his career at YETI, where he was instrumental in scaling the company’s global operations. As a member of the Global Demand Planning & Analytics team, Will bridged the gap between executive strategy and operational execution, driving sustainable growth across his four years with the company.

An Austin native, Will spends his free time hiking the Greenbelt with his dog, Cisco (named after his favorite local diner) and serving as a mentor with Explore Austin, a six-year program that empowers youth through leadership training and outdoor adventure.
