Zem Boie

VP Treks

Zem is a member of the McCombs School of Business MBA Class of 2027, concentrating his studies in Private Equity and Corporate Finance. In addition to serving as VP of Treks for Venture Fellows, he is a member of the McCombs Ambassador Committee and the Graduate Business Adventure Team.

Prior to McCombs, Zem began his career at PwC in Chicago, where he worked in Risk Assurance supporting large public companies with SOX compliance and internal control testing. He later joined Lakeshore Financial Group, advising clients through tailored tax and investment strategies. He then worked at Wipfli LLP in Bozeman, MT, where he led audits and financial statement reviews for hospitality, construction, and real estate clients. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Zem is originally from Bozeman, MT and graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Accounting. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, hiking, playing chess, and exploring Austin’s food and live music scenes.
